I had fine service with my order for a very rare 1942 movie. Recommended. 

I have ordered several DVDs from robertsvideos.com and have never had a problem receiving them, not so far, anyway.  As these are videos that cannot be found anywhere else, they are what some people might call bootleg.  The DVDs appear to have been copied from old VHS tapes, and the quality varies.  But if it is a movie or TV show I want badly enough and cannot find anywhere else, I will not be all that picky.  

Some of the items can be somewhat pricey, but these are, after all, videos that are nearly impossible to find.  Read the fine print, and you will know what to expect.  If I send rhem a message, it is always answered.  I can say for sure that they are NOT a ripoff.

I am a customer in england and have made several purchases from Roberts htfv and i have always got what i paid for. Even once when an order went missing. I emailed him to let him know and after he looked into it he sent me another dvd out of his own pocket.

I contacted the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada Police who were able to resolve this problem. After the Saskatoon Police contacted this video dealer, my video order was shipped immediately to me. I received the order during the first week of October 2002I placed the order online on April 2, 2002. It took six months, but I received the videos. I understand the dealer has been having some problems since he changed servers. Quality of picture on the videos I received was only fair.
