In the past, roblox have found the criminal's account "runeboost" and "wizard101boost", and deleted every account involved within its IP address just to be safe. I thank them for terminating those two criminal accounts. On the other hand, there were reports on innocent accounts being deleted due to this incident, including my son's account worth over
$250.00. As I try to explain to the Roblox Billing, they ignore the issue. As you know, criminals get a hold of other people's information, such as IP address in order to disguise themselves of their crime. This leads to the matter that a certain account including free roblox player's accounts were deleted due to this issue.

When I contact roblox services upon the issue that my son's account was mistakenly deleted along with the criminal's accounts, they claim that the account was involved only because the account has logged in within the IP address before. I explain to them how the criminal uses other people's nearby internet connections to commit their unauthorized card spending in order to frame the other person. Yet they only reply saying "There will be no more further discussions on this matter".

Roblox deleted the account, my son was horrified, after all the Funds of Lifetime Builders Club, and collect digital items in the account lost, hundreds of dollars as well as hundreds of hours lost.

I have contacted them as much as possible, and yet they ignore my issue.

I will follow up with rip off revenge and may sue if they do not cooperate with me, for all the funds are lost because of this matter. As they have accused my son's account for "Unauthorized Card Spending" and "Fraud" all because it was involved within the IP address within the criminal's.



Below is a reference of information collect about the owner if any further damage is done to other clients and dont know how to dig it up and get a response.

How much can you trust this Corporation?

It is the fact that the Roblox Corporation does not cooperate with everyone enough for them to explain the issue. It is unprofessional for a company to ignore an issue such as this, knowing how much time and money one put into a product. As in the terms of service, I have purchased Lifetime Builders Club, which expires in 100 years. This means that I have bought/rented this product for that long. I wish the Roblox Corporation would only care about the customer's urgent issues enough to provide a fun and entertaining site for everyone. A small problem such as this can be easily fixed if they would open only one account to ensure customer satisfaction. I am looking forward towards two things.

1. They will open my son's account "Drazonix" and understand the time, money, and dedication worked towards it. (Lifetime Builders Club)

OR

2. They will return the funds lost to every single relative that has purchased on the account, including me.

I had enough trust in this corporation to even purchase something as much as $199.00. Why can't they cooperate with a dedicated customer such as this? I am only doing what I know will help to resolve this solution.

That you were banned for sharing an isp with a hacker. Look at it from their perspective, they don't know who was causing the problem from your ip address. Its in their best interest just to block off your ip adress from their game. They have no way to track down the perpetrator. For all they know, if they unblock the account the trouble will start again. Blocking of accounts in this manner is common in online games. You also might want to reread their terms of service before filing a lawsuit. http://www.roblox.com/info/TermsOfService.aspx note point 6 " we reserve the right to prohibit access to any user at any time. The in game items you bought are not actually yours. These games retain the pproperty rights to items you purchase, so in essence you are just renting the items from them. Good luck with your fight!

They Misunderstand, But Continue To Ignore

I am a relative of the author of this report. I would like to state that I have also made purchases on the son of James account. The purchases were a reward for him. I contact roblox billing phone number, but they hang up everytime I mention this issue. I contact them by e-mail, but they reply saying that they will not respond to this issue anymore. They are not handling important matters very seriously, even if they have deleted an account worth over $250.00. I do not recommend purchasing anything from the site www.roblox.com, for if they ignore an important customer such as James and I, they will surely do it again. They understand that deleting all accounts within one IP address eliminates every single account of the criminal's, but do not understand the innocent accounts within the area. This child has been referring many people to the roblox site, convincing them to purchase "Builders Club" for account upgrades. Yet roblox refuse to open the account because of their strict moderation rules. I say, if an unfair moderation action has been placed upon an important customer's account worth over $250.00, listen to the parents and cooperate with them. Unless the Roblox Corporation opens the account "Drazonix" within a month, I will follow up with ripoffrevenge to sue this corporation.
P.S: Other relatives not mentioned have also purchased bonuses for this boy's account. We are looking forward to him playing on his lifetime builders club account.
I hope they change their ways when it comes to customer service, thank you.
