Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Pleased that the company was able to deliver quickly and on a Sunday. However, they refused to take packing boxes. The delivery people were not going to tell me. it was only when i noticed the boxes against my garage, they stated that the "company does not take the boxes back"
I called the store and Raphael re-stated same policy. I told him I did not buy boxes and it should be the company policy to remove them. Why should I have to dispose of them?

Without trying to be rude. Why would they remove the packaging? The supermarket isn't going to come by and pick up the box once the cereal is gone. The differece is that this box did'nt fit in your car or it was too heavy. They are not responsible for your garbage. What if you would have brought it home instead of having it delivered? Would you bring the boxes back to the store?
