We purchased a Sealy mattress and box spring in 1995 from Rockaway Bedding. Mr. Robert Taylor was the co-manager back then. He personally wrote on our receipt a 15 year full replacement with his signature.

The bed is sagging and I called today and spoke to the customer service. She told me only 10 year warranty. I explained to her that he wrote 15 year warranty on our recipt. She basically stated that anyone (meaing me) could of wrote that and said the manager wrote it.

I did not write this on the receipt and then should honor what their manager wrote on our receipt. I told her I have his number under his number. She did not care. She stated they wont honor it and it does not matter what he wrote.

You just cant trust anyone, even in writing. I will not shop at Rockaway Bedding ever again. I purchased bedding for my daughter in 2002 from then but I will never again.
