Just like the other families,we to got ripped off from rockcliffe financial group.Starting out dealing with frank portino who apparantly messed up with the loan process told me he needed 2,500 down on a 90,000 loan without thinking anything we paid the money with the promise the money would be in our account within 3 hours.Well the money was never there then the next day we get a call from Michael Larson stating that there had been a problem with frank and that frank was no longer working there he was taking over our loan process and he needed an additional 2,500 due to low credit scores so still not thinking anything wrong we paid the additional money with the guarantee of our funds would be in the bank.Once again no money so michael called back and blamed all trouble with the loan on Frank Portino stating he needed 1,000 for insurance well we paid the other thousand and michael stated the money would be here in three days by certified check today was the day money was supposed to arrive and never did when i called the "office" they told me to not call back,and when my husband came home he called michael he asked where our money was and michael said u aint getting it "M****r F******
