Rockcliffe Financial Group This Company took money Hartford Connecticut

We received a phone call on Jan, 10, 2008 from a Andrew Sanlac stating that I was approved for 10,000 and all I needed was the up front fee for five months which was 1,020 and we had to wire it to a broker in Canada. We were needing this loan to help pay bills we are behind on due to my wife loosing her job. This was our way out, but today, the 11th of Jan, and a Frank Portino called and said that what Andrew did was wrong that we had to have insurance on the loan in case something had happened and the money was not sent properly.

Then he faxed a guarantee letter to me and it stated that we would get the loan plus 3000 more if we sent another payment of 1020 for the insurance part and we were guaranteed the loan in 3 hours no later. He said that Andrew had been suspended due to his actions and he was real sorry for the inconvience this caused and he wanted to help in any way he could. That the loan was in writing and guaranteed the loan no matter what.

I contacted him and he stated the refund would take 7-10 business days to refund. I then told him it only took three hours to get 10000 why does it take so long and then he tried to explain the whole thing over again.
However I did call Andrews extention and it turns out that he answered and had not been suspened and in turn he connected me to Frank.

The loan was approved by a Richard Hyatt. I have all the forms faxed to me and even the money gram receipt. Money Gram will not do anything in as refunds. I have yet to hear back from this company.
