She sent me a sick puppy. Sir Jacob was sick the minute he got off the plane. He had vomit and ***** diarrhea and he was lethargic. My vet picked him up at my home within a few hours and took him to his Veterinary hospital. He died 3 days later at my vets home. We did an autopsy on Sir Jacob and says he had Heavy growth of Klebsiella Pneumonia. She sent me a sick puppy and he died 3 days later.

She has offered me nothing. Not a replacement or my money back. Im in the process of taking her to court. She does not treat people good. Shes very cold hearted. She does everything she can not to pay you or give you a replacement. After a month of Sir Jacob being dead she said she wanted his body for her vet to do autopsy when she knows he was cremated, and how sick that is for her to ask for a dead puppy back after a month.

She has blocked me where I cant talk to her about this replacement or money back. I will let my lawyer handle it from here. I just don't won't anyone else to have to go through what Im going through with Rocky Mountain Biewer Terriers. It has been a nightmare. I received Sir Jacob January 31, 2018 at 11 oclock at night and he passed away at February 4, 2018 at my Vets home at 5:30 in the morning. He took him home so he could watch him closely as he was passing away.

This hasn't just hurt me. It has affected everyone that has help save him to. All of Scott Veterinary was affected by it. Sir Jacob was in Veterinary care almost the whole time besides the few hours I had him here waiting on my Vet. This Klebsiella Pneumonia is highly contagous to and she new I had other babies in the house. Thank goodness I know to separate and all my babies are pretected or it would have been a really bad nightmare. I did all I could do to save Sir Jacob and so did my Veterinary.

I wish I could bring him back but I cant. Im still so heart broken. Now he sits on my fire place mantel. Something that could have been prevented if she didn't put him on a airplane in cargo sick. I also gave her Autopsy with my vets report on the front page. So don't be fooled when she says I didnt. Also Va. Tech sent her a copy where they done the autopsy with Vet report on front page. I paid 3000.00 for Sir Jacob and have alot in vet bills for him. She hasn't offered me anything. Not a replacement or money back. Her contract is fake and she is a rip off.
