Rodale Scam - where they send out bills for the books not ordered involves collection agency from Emmaus, Pennsylvania

Received a order confirmation email from Rodale 6 months ago that I did not order. Called them to explain the situation. No one answered. Now for the past few months I am receiving collection agency mails from Rodale/Tahkar group for a book I never ordered and received.

I can't believe that these things are happening in USA too. I am not sure whom they will give out private american citizens information to so they can be threatened and harassed repeatedly. I am really sick of these collection agency letters. I am trying to contact Rodale again and again. if they do not repsond the only option that I have is to report this unethical and illegal business practices to Federal Trade comission. if any of you going thorugh the similar harassment from Rodale follow the below link from Federal Trade comission.
