Rodale Tahkar Group (collection agency for Rodale) Emmaus, Pennsylvania

Received Fitness or Diet book from Rodale 2 years ago that i did not order. Called them immediately for a return shipping label. Sent book back to Rodale the day the label came in, then called 2 weeks later to confirm that they received it back, which they had. Now for the past few months i am receiving collection calls from Rodale/Tahkar group for a book i returned a year ago. I explain this to them over and over so they will verify the information and take me off of their call list, but they dont understand english clearly and to this day call me at least 3 times a day.

I am appalled that Rodel would use such practices to attempt to trick people into paying for items they havent ordered, and even more so that they would employ non english speaking people from terrorist countries, and give out private american citizens information to so they can be threatened and harassed repeatedly. I will never order from Rodel, and will make sure that every one i know is aware of their practices. They call from different numbers, as well as blocked numbers, but if you dial the main number, being 866-441-5558, you will clearly hear the accent is middle eastern. My son is currently deployed and it deeply offends me that such people have been given a way to harass me on a daily basis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
