Roger Henson Trucking trucking co. that will nickel & dime you dry in order to gain a dollar Bolivar Tennessee

As a current driver for roger and Shirley Henson any and all actions against them should not be easy on them. roger has been cheating drivers out of anything he can possibly get by with. he only hires people with problems in life just to help his self. a mechanic only starts at 8.00 an hour and stays at that until the mech. gets fired for trying to better his self by asking for a raise.

dispatch has their favorites, (drivers that drive illegal to get there, i know this I'm one of those) I've had them save many loads for me while other drivers are waiting 24 or more hours on a load. dispatch will load co. trucks with a higher paying load and load a owner op with the left over crap. he fired a black dispatcher for saving loads for his favorites, but does nothing about two white dispatchers doing the same thing.

he will use anything he can to gain your trust but will stab you in the back as soon as the lights go out. roger will then sit back and find ways to nickel and dime you to the ground and use any thing he can to do it. as far as an open door policy, well he will walk away from you every time to avoid talking about it, and if you get him hemmed in he will say ( if you don't like it than you can just leave!)

my self, well i do my best to talk about racing around roger as that is what turnes roger Henson on! and might get me a new truck this year! i would not advise anyone to work for or with the henson's. as far as I'm concerned more people should file a rip off report on them.

they false advertise to hire drivers all the time they will lie,lie,lie, and will continue until a lawyer will help the victims stop this co. from getting by. and if you buy or lease a truck from them than good luck! if he's selling it than that should be a red flag for problems down the road that he did not want.

I've watched this man go bankrupt, change the co. name and restarted it and placed it in his wife's name,( "rht trucking" to "roger Henson trucking llc.")I've watched lease drivers start a lease contract just to watch them struggle 6 mo. to a year later. and lose out after paying half the payments, $5,000 in security dep.,$7,000 for mait escrow, he takes fuel, tags, licence, permits tolls, scales, bobtail insurance, truck washes, qualcom, out of every weeks pay settlements.

also watch out for the mechanics in the shop as they like to add a few of their own tricks,( the truck has to be serviced there, eg; oil, tires all repairs, etc...) I've had past drivers tell me that they go around and cut airlines on trailers with a set of long handled pruning shearers, or with an ice pick to the tires, airbags, and radiators
