I signed a lease to purchase contract on 03/28/06, after each check was noticing more money was being taken out of my weekly settlements as was my rate of 70% of gross declining on the same freight pulled on prior runs. they would not show the freight bills as promised, maint. escrow was entered twice, once as .08 cents per mile and second, any fuel surcharge was also placed into the mait. account after i told them to stop. my dispatcher would lie about freight leaving the yard. was told no loads yet, when in fact there was,plenty. caught her saving loads for co. trucks and would let the co. drivers decide where they wanted to go. on 01/08/07 asked if they had anything going west to please book it for me to deliver on 01/14/07, was told that she would try but it was hard to find freight going west from east of the miss. river, that freight was running real slow right now. so i was to stay under the load i was on for the 3 day weekend for memphis,tn delivering on 01/14/07. I arrived at the yard on 01/11/07. At 7:am sat. the 12th
i asked for the lubbock tx. load that was booked for mon. the 14th as it would be extra miles to finish my week. was told no because i run to slow! WHAT!!!, NOW LET ME TELL YOU THIS, IN THE TIME I'VE BEEN THERE I HAVE NEVER MISSED OR HAD BEEN LATE FOR A DELIVERY! She agread, then she said that that load was given to another driver that would be in to take it sunday, I than asked why can't I just go on with it now since i was here and able to make the run. she than said " we don't give short runs to anyone but the regional drivers" I than said than why do I get the loads to virginia? thats only 800 miles or so, even to DC."" it's only 883 to lubbock, tx." and she then said," because i don't like you enough to give it to you". Than Roger Henson walked around the corner and said, "If you don't like it just clean out my truck and get off my lot" I said "roger i'm trying to get Judy to let me take the load to tx. for extra miles to finish off my week", and before i could finish the rest he ran up to me and said:" I said get your s**t out of my truck now or i'll call the police and have you removed"

Roger Henson wants you to go away as soon as possible. He probably has done this kind of thing over and over and will continue unless people like you put a stop to this fraud.
Sue him for only the amount he stole from you.(you don't want to look like you are only doing this to get rich.)
Show him you are standing up to him and don't back down. If everyone that got scamed by a Trucking company did so there would not be as many companies listed here.
I suggest you start with the ripoff revenge kit and if that doesn't get his attention, get in touch with an attorney. He's not at High and Mighty as he thinks he is.
I have some high powered attorneys in my family that can be very benefical when they have to be.
The best revenge you can get is to pray for A person who has done you wrong because ask God works on their heart They will come to realize what they have done is wrong and hopefully apoligize and do what is right.

Also asked about my security deposit and mait. account to see if I can get it back and was told "NO!" I told him "I would sue him for it," and he said, "You can try, because if you look at the contract you would see that I made sure it read that the truck must be paid off in full in order to get your 5000.00 security dep. back and the same goes for the 7000.00 mait escrow that was take out every week".
