For anyone out their concidering enlisting this company to generate more business for thier company , Keep Looking.

I have a small electrical business in vancouver, BC. I recentyly entered into a contract with this company to stir up somemore business. Unfortunately once i signed and paid no one wants to talk to me regarding my campain.

The trouble in my case starts with the fact that i have a mobile site now which says i supply capacitors and light bulbs im guessing i am listed as a supplier of sorts. I have repeatedly requested in emails they take it down but to no avail. This is really quite annoying. 

As for the employees selling the packages, they lie through their teeth to get the sale. Promising a perfect campain tailored to  fit your needs. 

I was told befor the add launches i would receive a cosultation call to go over the site content and how to acess and use it. I never received that call, but my credit card was charged and my site was launched without any input from me.

I was told that i could put my campain on hold at anytime which was pinnacle to my decision to purchase his product. This is not the case as i mentioned  i have requested in emails for the site to be pulled multiple times.

I am still in his contract and am still paying thousands of dollars for a product which does little but annoy me and has yet to produce one solitary customer. Outrank's stance is they will not terminate the add untill the contract is over. I am currently trying to work with my credit card companyto cease payments
