This is a horrible business. They have ripped us off for over $600! Repeated attempts to find out about our order status have been unreturned. We have waited over 6 months for our order. No communication from this rip off of a business. I will definitely be pursuing legal action. Do not order from these scam artists.

I agree with everyone above Rollies.com is a rip off i have emailed and emailed this company and yet no reply i ordered dec 12th yet not even a sorry its takeing longer than usual or even a response....they took payment instantly and its been almost 2 months yet it says order has not yet shipped

The previous post is inaccurate and the customer has received her order (pieces) as she requested, it took longer than we all expected but it was completed. Do not believe the falsehoods she has posted, her original order was discontinued, it happens and is beyond my control. This is not my fault as the suppliers are the ones who are suppose to keep stock and same inventory and when they don't situations like this occur. All is good, all orders have been completed.

"Rollguy" or Mario whatever you choose to call him uses this same excuse on all complaint sites. The question is how is someone to know how long it is they have to wait if you never reply to them until they file a complaint or go through your merchant processor? Also, you take payment instantly. If you informed the customer of the time it would take and didn't take payment until the day the product was ready to be shipped you would avoid everyone of these complaints, but you couldn't do that because first off nobody would wait six months to a year for a product they can receive within three to five business days from any other site. Another reason you won't and can't do this is the fact you have no capital, which makes it hard to keep product in stock or order product for a customer before they pay you.

I placed an order with them in May of 2010. My payment was taken immediately, and I have heard nothing from them since.
I have called several times and left detailed voicemails including my invoice number and contact information, and have now sent them two emails, also with detailed information, and I have received no response from them at all.
As I informed them in my last email, if I do not hear back from them by Oct. 8, I will also be taking legal action.
