I ordered and paid for a product on 2/4/2010 for $80 on rollies.com and it is now 1/4/2011 and Mario still has not completed this order. After about five months with zero replies from numerous phone calls to the number listed on rollies.com and numerous e-mails to the e-mail address on rollies.com I posted a complaint on a consumer complaint and website within an hour I had a reply from Mario (the incompetent idiot that owns and runs rollies.com). That should tell you everything you need to know about this "business" that he is operating. He doesn't actually ever plan on fulfilling anyones orders unless they file complaints.

After I finally made contact with him I received one implausible excuse after the other. He would like to have you believe that mail is still delivered via Pony Express. He finally admitted he actually does not have any of the products on his website in stock. He has the vast array of products on his website to try and influence potential customers away from actual legitimate sites, which cannot have an endless inventory because of the fact they operate a real business.

At this point he told me the company that produces the product I ordered is no longer in business (False). I'd had enough by now so I told him to send me a refund via money order. After that request was made there was lull in contact which was finally ended by him saying he had the product and could have it to me by the end of the week. To which I said "That will be fine, just send it.".

Inevitably this never happened and I received another excuse e-mail that he had ordered the wrong size and needed to reorder it. I told him that I was not willing to wait for this process. He informed me that he had a similar product in stock (False). This product was only $35 and I had already paid $80 so I sent him a list of products on his site which were all the amount that would complete what I paid. I sent the list and told him whichever product he had on hand and could send out ASAP would be fine with me.

He replied it would be no problem and he would have them out by the end of the week. This of course took another month with no replies or false excuses. Finally, I received a shipment from him but, it was only half of the order. I notified him of this and he told me he would Airmail the other product the next day. It has been another 2 or 3 months and I have yet to receive it.

I tried to be as nice as possible, but this man is a scam artist and there are numerous sites that sell the same product and ship in the same timely manner every business does. There is absolutely no reason his site should still be up. I wonder what happened to the people that paid and never complained. It's not an online store. It is a website with pictures of almost every conceivable product for this area available. You then pick one and he goes out to actual stores and tries to find a similar product. I would like to know what can be done to take this site down.

Yes, this customer ordered from my site and yes I did order the piece but when the order came the piece was not in the order. My supplier: Fouraceswholes sold this product, and you can visit the site and look up: PAC00048, that is this serial number of the product you ordered and find it no longer exists. As this company is the warehouse filled with inventory and that they supply thousands of stores across america, they do as we state on our site, glass blowing products can go out of stock easily as with this one due to real people blowing the glass. Now most places will restock eventually but this company would just tend not to bring them back, and I do not know this for many months. Suppliers do not tell me what is discontinued till they can no longer get the item which tends to be six months later on average. I have since taken off their products on my site as they too often had not the items I wanted which caused situations like this one listed. At no time did I deceive this person I was up front offering a refund or a substitute piece from my other local supplier, which was almost the same but without the removeable top. After talking with her many times, I sent that item but forgot to send the extra glass piece she ordered as well, so I had to get that piece again. She did receive the product she ordered as a substitute that she agreed upon and has just recently received the other piece as well. This order is completed and as stated I could have at anytime sent her a refund and would have done so if she did not except the substitutes. I was always working with her even though I accidently forgot to put the glass piece in with the first order that I Expressed posted to her and as tracking shows she got ,so the extra piece came this month instead. Do not believe this falsehoods she has posted, I do not know why she went from a nice person to making up misinformation. Even when she asked where the piece was I told her the post office might have held back orders till I paid them more which was what happened, as I tend to drop off 100's of orders. I now work with my local suppliers and have removed a few of my distant suppliers to prevent delays like this again. However, I do state on the site that sometimes products due go out of stock and that is beyond my control, as this is the glass blowing industry. I also state I do not keep stock of all products because I work with many suppliers all who have warehouses filled with inventory. So at no time did I deny this person her order it was just unavailable (truth) and I never knew about it being discontinued for many months. So remember if you can not accept a substitute ask for a refund via money and I will send that instead (truth). So if you can not wait then take the refund choice otherwise await the order and don't post falsehoods. I do send out orders but there are some that have to wait, it happens, I am never told what is out of stock from my suppliers till I ordered it so all stock on my site is available as far as I know and if not will be, unless after sometime they decide they can no longer get it then it becomes discontinued. So all is good, this customers got two items from me as she requested, late, but that was her choice instead of accepting a money order refund. So please know I did what I could for her and was never mean only slow, and that is not a reason to post this inaccurate information. You will all get your order and if not then ask for a refund or state a substitute is fine. Be good and hold on the orders are coming out every week or two to you and yes some take even longer. I do not rush orders as this is a small company not a large corporation, so please treat me as such. Everyone will get their order.
