Ordered a mini door on July 7th 2013. Money was taken out of my credit card no problem ($360.17)
Tried to contact company after 30 days and eventually was contacted by a guy called "Chris Lines or Hines" and told the door was on its way, i asked for a tracking number and was told that i would be contacted by the shipping guy. It is now August 21st 2013 and nothing!! No contact no returning my calls no email replies, nothing.
I have been trying to contact this Chris guy now for about 1 week and nothing.
Called my credit card company and opened up a dispute.
Beware the site looks really good with maps indicating the various manufacturing locations but look closer and you will find these locations to be fraud.

I also received an email on August 19th 2013 saying a refund has been issued but after waiting for 4 days still no money has been put back into my credit card account...
