 I ordered 4 roll-up garage doors on July 6, 2013 from www.rollupdoordepot.com and shortly thereafter I received an order confirmation Invoice number 278508 and credit card approval confirmation.  All looked good and normal up to that point.  On July 17, 2013 I sent email and asked for the shipping information ad tracking.  I was informed that the lead time on doors is 2 1/2 - 3 weeks and mine should be made the week of July 26, 2013. During this week I should be contacted by him, Chris Lines, or someone in shipping department to schedule door delivery. I started trying to contact CHris or anyone at RollUpDoorDepot.com on August 5, 2013 and every attempt I have made via phone, email, and text has no response - its like everyone is gone.  All you get is a voice message saying Chris is away from office and he'll call back as soon as he gets back in.  Well, I still have not received a call and its been over a week now - I have not even found any live person to answer any of their phone options.

Called bank OMB phone that day and they confirmed full refund. Credit card statement came and it shows full refund as well.

I have also received an email notification that my card has been refunded but upon looking at my statement it has not been done.

Its funny my refund has the same date as yours. Aug 19trh 2013.
