Rosa del Monte Rosa del Monte claims to know more about your address than as clients do. New York Nationwide

My nightmare began on a delivery from New York to Chicago. This company argued that I did not know my own zip code and that my home address had to many zeros (five digit address). Also, they were extremely uncooperative, disrespetfull and very very ignorant on how to proper take care of their clients. allegely, their system was not accepting my address with my zip code so it "automatically" change it (my is 60655) to 40522.  all they could do was change in the paper receipt. After 3 weeks, I called several times to find out where my package was, they did not know, all they knew was that it was no longer in the warehouse in New York.  They have no trucking system to locate where a package might be, they will find out once the driver phisically arrives to one of their warehouses other than that good luck.  They were supposed to call me to notify me as when they can deliver my package to my house, they never called. so I kept calling, Monica had the nerve to tell me that if I don't pick up my package within 3 days, I was going to be overcharged for each day that I WAS late.  She acted as if I was doing her a favor, she just talk over me with no respect or what so ever.  What kind of people does the owner hires, are these people his family and therefore they treat customers as if we should bow to their presence!  i will never use this company again, and hope that it goes out of business.
