Rose Fence TREATS EMPLOYEES LIKE SLAVES Freeport, New York

Hello, I am writing because for the past year my fiancee has worked for ROSE FENCE in freeport. Not only has he been paid LESS than minimum wage  he works 9 hour days for 5 days a week and DOES NOT pay ANY employees overtime! The poor little spanish people who work in the factories they have in the Industrial part of freeport are just trrying to make an honest living for theyre family. Sometimes those workers work 24 horus straight and do not get paid a PENNY more than theyre hourly wage! not only is that a crime they dont even follow ANY of OSHA's standards. When Osha came there recently they were hit with SO many fines and did nothign to improve work standards. My Fiancee was supposed to start at 10 hes been working there for a year with not saying a word. Motnh after month has he asked for them to fix his check and they keep blowing him off but now times are hard and its hard to find another job so he stays. They verbally abuse people calling them "pieces of s**t, and a**holes, retarts, spics"  and when someone says ANYTHING about it they say WELL FIND ANOTHER JOB WE CAN GO FIND AN IMMIGRANT IN 2 SECONDS AND PAY THEM HALF OF WHAT U MAKE" theyre criminals. They treat everyone like s**t. My finacee and i are young yes hes 19 i am 21 but we live on our own. For christmas that week they cancelled work without any hesitation or remorse to anyone. They didnt even let people know till that Monday. Rent is due and now we have to come up with the money! The owner of Rose Fence are Money Hungry Criminals!! Someone should do something about this because they are Long Islands #2 Fence Company. They treat everyone like s**t and if u ask anyone who works there theywill say the same!
