We also got sucked by the lies of Rothman and Wise presenting themselves as a collection agency......I ALREADY have the proof of monies collected for our company and now at least 5 months later have NOT RECEIVED A PENNY toward any accounts yet.....They are very misleading and pushy....I just realized today after filing numerous complaints on them that they show on the front of their website that they are a member of the ACA and since I filed a complaint I got a call back (as to be expected) they LIED because they are not a member of the ACA International (American Collectors Association)... so never trust them by turning over any accounts for collection unless you intend for them to collect and KEEP all you monies.....If you need proof I can supply our records..Call me at (803)808-5099
They are still working our customers to this day and that is very UNETHICAL after ceasing all activities and requesting the money owed us by a certified letter....BUT maybe they think they are better than the Laws we all live by....

I was very sorry to read your report. They did the same thing to us. They collected money for us and then kept it. Kind of makes you wonder how a company like this can stay in business. Evidently they think they are above the law... but "what goes around, comes around". Their bad doings will come back to them in some way. If you go on their website you will notice they have taken all the association logo's off now. I guess someone pulled their chains.
