Purchased Route 66 with financing through Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Had to pay extra because it is a premium vehicle less than 10 years old. Have had numerous issues since purchase amounting in over $5000 in repairs none if which we're wear and tear or maintenance related. Route 66 covered $0.  Had an excuse why warranty didn't apply in every case. Totally ridiculous. Buying their warranty is a waste of money. Don't make the same mistake did.

Route 66 Extended Warranty Looking at online reviews, the most common reason for not covering is: “SORRY, ITS NOT ON THE LIST”! Even for their most expensive top of the line coverage the Deluxe Coverage “SORRY, ITS NOT ON THE LIST”. The internal component of the engine drive shaft, “SORRY, ITS NOT ON THE LIST”. Please do not buy this coverage you will be disappointed. I have called the credit unions where I bought this coverage $2700.00. They are telling me they have many complaints…. Route 66 is a scam. SORRY, ITS NOT ON THE LIST” for everything including internal engin parts. Mountain Home AR

Route 66 Extended Warranty They may not pay for up to 24 hours which will cause you to be without a vehicle until your mechanic is paid. This was on my truck. I also had a warranty on a car I bought. The transmission went out 2 weeks after I bought it and they would not cover it. I had them to refund the cost of the warranty and got it fixed myself. In my opinion this is not worth having. They did finally pay for the truck repairs after a nasty phone call from me. don't be fooled by them. They will only pay what they want to pay and you may be left to pay the rest out of pocket.
