I made an initial deposit in the amount of $250 on 03/22 to F-B-Trade.Com. I traded and lost some money so I traded until I got my initial deposit back. I had $251 in my account at this point I decided that trading was not for me and requested a refund.

This is how the email conversations went:

2. Scan of a utility bill e.g. an electricity bill, a phone bill, a bank statement.

After verification process your documents are deleted and all important information are stored in a secured vault system.

Please, send us the documents as an attachment to your response.

That was the last time that I heard from this company.

When I access the website I get the following message:

When I try to access my account I get the following message:

The IP address is not allowed to access the API.


According to Royal Binary the withdrawl procedure is as follows:

Royal Binary’s finance department handles all withdrawal requests submitted. Identification documents must be submitted in order to process a withdrawal.

Initial deposit can be withdrawn via credit card provided all terms of investment rewards and bonuses have been met. Royal Binary charges no withdrawal fees for credit cards.

There is no fee to withdraw via credit card; however any withdrawal below the amount of 500 via bank transfer will be charged a 25 fee of the original currency in which the initial deposit was made: USD, EUR and GBP. There is no minimum withdrawal amount.

Transfer fee covers the charge of sending your earnings to your bank account, however, Royal Binary is not responsible for any additional fees that they may charge.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it can take Royal Binary up to 3 business days to process the request. Once the request has been approved please allow an additional 5-7 days for the funds to show in your account.

It has been almost 2 months now and I have not received any response from the company. I have sent them several emails but no response. When I try to call the phone number +1 646 679 3899, it says that this number is not setup to receive calls.
