Royal Oak Financial ripoff on loan they offered took my money and nothing happened Troy Michigan

I got a phone call from Carla Teppen ext 87 that i had been approved for a 5000.00 loan but would have to send in a premium fee since I was high risk, she had me send 990.00 to Kenneth Smith in Ottawa, Canada. After i called her with the confirmation number she took my bank information and told me i would have the loan by Noon the next day in my account. When it did not appear i called her and left a number of messages and got no reponse. I kept trying but used other extentions until i got a Karen Lee (her email says Sr Director of Loan Division, she preceeded to tell me that Carla did not finish the transaction of sending me loan papers to sign and me sending a VOID check to confirm bank to deposit in. So she sent them to me and after a number of phone calls she informed me i would have my loan by today. Well guess what no loan and when i try and call her back she does not take the call and she is not returning my calls. You cannot trust these people they are not legit. Sad since BBB states they are. I have reported this to NBC, ABC to see if they will do a story on them to warn more people of the fact that they just take your money and run.
