It all started on May 2nd 2010 (not April 17 2010) on April 17 I was at Debora Heart and Lung Hospital

At doctor Altama office! Well any way on May 2nd I was Riding my 1998 Harley Davidson on Rt 9 in Bayville NJ when I notice a 1969 Chevy Cheville for sale at RPM Autos so I went to see it when I was approach by Jack Eidel he was asking 35,000. For the Cheville so I told him I just had open heart surgery and I can no longer handle the bike anymore and that I needed a reliable 2nd car that I dont have to work on because iam a sick man and he told me he has a1993 Ford Mustang GT Cobra just rebuilt so I traded him! I told him the Harley dropped and I had to get a new Speedo and it has 16,998 miles on the Speedo but the bike has over 26,000 miles and he told me not to worry about it and sign the odometer as 16,000 miles and I did. And I drove the car to go home about 2 miles from the dealer the car broke down I could not get it in gear so I had to Push The car off Rt 9 after pushing the car I notice a lump in my chest and I was in pain! I call Jack and told him I wanted my bike back !He told me he just sold it !! And he called his mechanic Mr. Bill auto repair and jack told me it needs cluches so he gave me a check to get it fix at Mr. Bills auto repair So 3 days later I go pick up the car and again It wont go in gear now the car is setting in my yard since then! I had a mechanic another mechanic check the car out OTA Auto repair in Lacey township and he told me the Mustang is not a Cobra ! I also check the DMV By Vin # and it came up as only being a Mustang GT !And

The mechanic at OTA Auto told me the car needs a new Trans and the motor is retire over work worn out!! All I wanted from the Day I got this Car was To give it Back ! I dont need this right now I am a very sick man And now I got No Harley The car That dont run And Is Not A Mustang GT /Cobra and a lump in my Chest ! What would you do ? All I told is true Iam a consumer who was bonded by the state of NJ And I have No reason to lie ! A sales man gets paid to lie to sell to a sick sucker like me for reason to make money!!!

Sincerely,

Paul H P Sr

You couldn't identify that it wasn't a Cobra?  From the ramblings of your "complaint", I would have to say that you barely have a ninth grade education (and that's being generous).

I started out trying to point out all the grammatical errors and run-on sentences, but I got carpa tunnel syndrome before I finished.

I have noticed that illiteracy and bad credit often go hand in hand.
