RPM Rincon property management Mr. Chet Judd as a manager Actually I can say they ripoff every single home owners some how Tucson Arizona

 I was moving from Arizona to New York on 2013 and I didn't have anybody to take care of my house in Tucson so I decided to have them to deal with the tenant and they charge me every month for that service, in 2014 I received some emails to change the dishwasher which was broken as a normal tear and wear and we did, later on was a pipe problem and I asked them to make any appointment with the tenant then I can go and check the pipe also the front door painting and they said it is not legal and the tenant did not let you to go to your house , I said ok!!!

The tenant left and they did not check my house when I saw the house the painting was mess up, the sliding door was broken, there was a cat urine smell in my closets and they said we will not collect the money from the tenant , you need to call the tenant and ask for money !!!! Also the tenant dos not pay the SW gas company payment since 2014 and that was on our name, the property management did not care and it destroyed my credit score too, and now they said we don't know and the tenant left already, you need to call the tenant if you want otherwise you should pay yourself,.... So why I hired you guys then ????
