I have ordered a few things from this company. Each time the service has become worse. I ordered some fuel injector connectors (EV1 to EV6 style injector). The part number on the invoice was correct but the part wasn't. I also found there to be an issue at checkout (as i ordered injectors as the same time). I specifically told the people there (under comments) when I submitted my order, to check the item and make sure I selected the right one for my application. 



After I received them, I realized that the part number was correct but it was bagged incorrectly (wrong part with wrong part number). if you go to the website under Injector harnesses, you'll see two- Jetronic (EV1) to USCAR (EV6). There is also a set to connect EV6 to EV1. 



I emailed them my invoice and connectors to both Sales@rpmoutlet.com; support@rpmoutlet.com; and finally rma@rpmoutlet.com.



The last email address doesn't work and it bounced back EVEN THOUGH it's clearly listed under the CONTACT US menu at the top of every web page. 



I've waited 2 days, then placed a call and couldn't get through. 



My part was only $30 but I ended up finding another one through another site for right around the same price.



I had heard people complain about this site (and should have raised a flag) but it seems just as of recently, that this company is "all done" doing it's customer service.



They also have a bunch of gauges for sale (but don't have any in stock). In fact, ALL of their gauges that they list on the site are not available (as it takes you to shopping cart/checkout with a message)...



Avoid these guys. I wasn't impressed with them.
