r&r computer tech group, Laijian Ruan, nyclaptoptech (ebay handle) He Stole from Me, He Lied To Me, Do Not Buy My Macs from this guy Brooklyn New York

     I had eight 2008 Macbook Pro's that would work for a week to a month but then would go dark because of the Nvidia Graphics chip.  Mr. Ruan Promised me that if I shipped all of them to him he would return me one working one immediately and then make me an offer on the balance of the boards. 
     After holding my parts hostage (when I asked him to return, he refused unless I paid him for shipping and for "his time"...I was so disgusted I just wanted him gone and my one working board he promised me.  When he sent me my"board back (originally it was to be a complete laptop, but he chiseled his way down to the oldest least expensive board-this guy is a nickle and dimer), of course it didnt work..what it was was my board with his stickers on it.     

     I sent him a movie showing him that the board didnt work...that it didnt post video to the lcd or the dvi port...he sent me back a movie showing me how it worked fine...that movie shows a macbook pro with no hard drive, no fans, with the screen light on...not booted or producing video....when he couldnt give me an explanation he offered me his profit of $110 to go buy my board somewhere else...he didnt ever once try to make ot right or give a valid explanation of what was occurring.

     I fear he is going to sell my macs to some poor unsuspecting person who when it goes bad they will get the same runaround I got so I am filing this report.  I am 100% ebayer and have been repairing computers for over 20 year and have never met such an incompetent dishonest weasal.   Do not trust this man you will be sorry.

     Feel free to email me an (((redacted))) for any supporting documents on this.  Mr Ruan says, go ahead file a report, Ill just file one on you  (theres already two and counting on him)...the one difference Mr Ruan...is I work completely from referrals...my customers dont have to check me out because I dont pretend to know something I dont, and I treat them the way I want to be treated.

     The sad part of this is I had told him this was for a young man going to school and I asked him when this began in july to get it done....here we are...schools started...I provided the boy with a laptop, but just the selfishness of this clown is what makes me sick to my stomach.
