I had a laptop with a flickering screen. I contacted them to see if they could fix it. They said they could.

So I purchased the repair service through eBay. While they had the laptop they offered to upgrade the video for $30, so I said okay.

When I received the laptop back, it was not repaired, the screen still flickered!

I contacted them, they said to send it back to them. I foolishly did.

Then I dealt with 50 days of BS and lies, they cleverly let the eBay feedback time expire.

I didn't hear from them for over two weeks, so I started a Paypal dispute, they lied about how they were going to ship it that day! They swore that if I dropped the dispute, I would get a fully functional and repaired laptop. Then the lied to Paypal to get the dispute dropped.

When I finally got the laptop back, it was still broken.

Luckily, they didn't know I had started a credit card fraud charge against them. Will see how that goes.

These guys will tell you one thing then contradict themselves later. Whenever I asked for proof they would change the subject and not provide any proof.
