RSPCA Lisa Calleja RSPCA Stole my Property 26/6/2015 Melbourne Victoria

Magistrate Nunzio La Rosa name was mentioned in the search warrant but there was no Court stamp just a photocopy signature. Magistrate Nunzio La Rosa  and Lisa Calleja are guilty of THEFT of my property Chim Chim as well as Animal cruelty...  I hope that we will get a warrant for his arrest..Waiting to get his details to update more

I would like to say that I have shared a friendship with Peter Kondogonis for a few years now and I find it upsetting that someone in the US ... not Australia, would say that Chim Chim has been put down, when the owner does not believe that nor has been notified of that by the RSPCA.

Lisa Calleja had taken Chim Chim and kept him separated from his owner Peter Kondogonis and in a cage for quite a few weeks now and I dread to think how much he has deteriorated without the love of his owner.

Peter has shared photos and love for his pet for 13 years... knowing that his dog has a spinal degenerative disease, which causes Chim Chim's back legs to drag a little. Nevertheless Peter and Chim Chim share a loving relationship and Peter has never stopped trying to find natural ways to help improve Chim Chim's life. I know this as he purchased a health product of mine to help him, though it was not a long enough benefit in the end.

I believe that taking him away from Peter, without checking Chim Chim's vet history first, is more likely to have caused a distress to his beloved pet, when he could have lived at home for his latter years. Peter just wants his dog home with him for any remaining time Chim Chim has. This is the compassionate response that is required before it is too late. 

You were mistreating your dog, it has since been put down.
