The RSPCA sent a single inspector to my home on December 22 2010. He entered my home without my permission (the door was unlocked because I was cleaning cat litter trays and I don't have enough hands to drive my wheelchair, carry a litter tray and fiddle with my door lock.) Proof of his illegal entry is found in the recording he took of it.

I was ordered by a magistrate to get a solicitor for my case. I looked via Springvale Monash Legal Service, who found a barrister for me via PILCH.

The case was finally heard in May 2014, after the RSPCA goaded 4 of my trainee dogs, one of which was a recently desexed female 9 month old puppy, into 'Dangerous' reactions and killed them/had them stolen by Animal Rights inc.(I also have the proof of this on facebook)

The case itself was heard over 3 days, during which the barrister only asked 2 questions. I pled not guilty to a charge of starving my dog. I was fined, got an animal ban for 5years, a criminal record (which only serves to stop me from walking my daughter home from school. She was taken at 6 days old and given to my mum by the hospital) and I'm only allowed to get an assistance dog from Assistance Dogs Australia (5 year waiting list, they demanded all my medical records, ONLY train dogs they've bred, and they don't 'do' dogs to lead me to a toilet when I have a panic attack, if I train that ability myself, they have the right to take the dog off me) they've also nominated another organization that only trains dogs for use in south east Qld.

They have no right to override the council's right to nominate/approve assistance animals (My dog was council approved, so he WAS registered, I have proof of this. It means the RSPCA had no right to steal my dog and keep him from me for YEARS)

None of this was presented in court, my barrister said NOTHING. The animal ban is illegal, the Inspector specifically asked for me to register all my pets (admittedly my 'pets' have included cats I rescued, neutered vaccinated and had microchipped and was looking for new homes for, up to 11 at a time) which I would've been happy with, I'm a card carrying cat club member.

Confused

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 22, 2015

In reading your report it is a bit confusing.

First of all according to what you wrote, you had up to 11 cats and at least 4 "trainee" dogs, in addition to  your "service animal".  Now, while I know some people in a wheelchair can do quite a bit.  If you need a dog to "assist" you to the restroom just how are you able to handle 15+ animals and give them the care they really need?

You then talk about this 3 day hearing and say they only asked two questions.  So what happened in the other 2 3/4 days of the hearing?
