RSS LLC International Movers Broke and Stole our Stuff Newark Delaware

NEVER EVER USE THESE MOVERS. EVER!

They moved us internationally from California to United Kingdom. They only used contractors, so no one takes any responsibility - the guys that moved us on the CA front STOLE from us; and the guys they hired here to do the work came in an unmarked truck, were contractors too, unbeknownst to us have CRIMINAL records - and they STOLE all my jewelry. On top of that, stuff was broken, badly scuffed, etc. and when we asked them to make a claim, they said we weren't insured and that we never asked for it, which is not true.  BEWARE - DO NOT use this company; make sure that you sign NOTHING online as this is exactly where they caught us.  These guys are rip offs, do not know what they are doing and should NEVER be near anyones personal stuff.  They are NOT as cost effective as Kate Deluca (a rather charming but b-shitter of note) as our final price came in at least 3 times more.  There should be a duty of care of all movers .. these guys are crooks and really don't care.
