Dissatisfied after only ONE visit!!! I signed up for membership on 11/20, went to the Brassfield location on 11/22 and was treated rudely by a staff member. I wasn't greeted when I entered like the other LIGHTER complexion members and I was disregarded when I asked for help. Was only in the gym 10 minutes!!!! Was treated as if I had the plague or something! I sat in my vehicle and sobbed for at least ten minutes because of this treatment!! I called Corporate to cancel and given the severity of this matter, I feel the FINE PRINT about 30 days for refund that I should get my money back ASAP!!!! Nathan lied to me and told me that if I went to any location and fill out the required form and they would cut me a check on site! I get there and I'm told different practice! This company rips people off and it shows in the 2.3 rating the people have given such a "great gym"!!! I'm taking my money to P***** F****** (((REDACTED))) ! And I will continue to write 10 or more reviews a day until I receive my FULL $50 refund!!! So let the games begin! I work for myself and I have a team of people to assist me in writing about my experience do that ALL know the REAL deal about RUSH which stands for Ripoff , Useless, Sneaky, and HUNGRY for people hard earn money!!! I will promote their competition on both of my sites as well and this FULL complaint is going to be featured on them as well! I WANT MY MONEY NOW!'n

Let's get some things CLEAR first of all NATHAN! im not racist but your staff definitely was (your other location CONFIRMED that) and it was two Caucasian employees and one African American one that CONFIRMED this! You can't go around trying to call me a racist when you don't know my heritage! My grandfather is half white so I have PLENTY of beautiful WHITE folks in my bloodline dear and my grandmother a WHITE woman would never condone such behavior! Secondly you LIED! Your staff was horrible to me at Brassfield and him being "busy" hmmmm yeah the conversation about him trying to take her on a date sometime is CERTAINLY important when you have customers waiting! Thanks for letting the world know how things are really done at Rush! And as for your slick contract, you know you're garbage that's why you try to bully people with the 30 day crap! You're pathetic & like I advised you over the phone, I can do this all night and I intend to until I get my money back! So keep talking over clients, arguing with them, and lying to consumers! I WILL get my satisfaction sooner or later! By the way everyone if you're in Greensboro NC and looking for a gym we have Planet Fitness, Workout Anytime & YMCA!!! Do NOT get set up by RUSH! Heck Workout Around is way cheaper too. Actually ALL of them are and they have amenities that Rush doesn't!

 I dont care WHAT color you are. A employees job IS NOT to kiss your a**. Boohoo you were not greeted. Get over it. Nothing in your experience there would qualify you for an IMMEDIATE refund. You were not discriminated against. That much is evident by your own post. The employees could have been busy, but since you had to wait for assistance, you feel its ok to make highly unrealistic demands.

You will get your money when the refund process is completed by this company. By your own words, YOU ARE THE RACIST IN THIS SITUATION. Just because youre a different "color" is no expectation of better service. People of color ruined that in the 90's. Now everyone gets treated the same no matter what their skin tone is. We all bleed red.

Get over it and get over yourself princess. YOU have to live with the world. It will not miss you when you are gone. You only get so much time on this rock. Try and better yourself and stop transposing YOUR racism onto others. Its a cheap and tawdry tactic used by thieves and scammer to get something for nothing. Its also used to justify incredibly stupid behavours.

We CANNOT buy that they told you that you would get an IMMEDIATE refund. As this is a fitness center, this means that you had to sign a contract for services. As such, the contract would be in your hands. SO READ IT!! But I have a VERY strong feeling that you DID read it and are just useing the "race" card to get out of your legal obligations.
