Ryan Blumling Ecological Resources Total Ripoff and extended lies Coperopolis Pennsylvania

Mr Blumling has done this in two parts.  We loaned his "New" company ecological resources $15,000 to start up a new company that was to be incorporated in the name of Ecological Resources.  THe loan as for a 6 month period that was to be paid in full July 2012.  TO date no money has been returned and the corporation was never legally set up.  In addition, we agreed to co-sign on two vehicles for this new company that was to be paid monthly until paid in full.  We were to be held totally harmless and the loan was to be paid from another "line of credit".  BOth vehicles were repossed and now the credit agencies are after us to repay what didnt get paid on the loans from the auctions - totalling approx 45,000 for both vehicles.  Now Mr. Blumling has turned off his incominhg calls and does not answer emails.

If an attorney in the Pennsylvania area would like to one - go after MR. Blumling I am ready and willing, and two - file criminal charges.  We were in another 2 projects with Mr. Blumling of which additional money is owed in the amount of approx $121,000 plus interest from 2009.   I am filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania securities commision tomorrow and contacting the FBI as well.  Its tme this individual is locked up.
