Ryobi Power Tools HOME LITE Ryobi forcing me to buy new Pump at 269.00 plus freight Insted of small Repair part. Pressure washer new 399.00, Internet

Pressure Washer 3 yrs old.

Ryobi won't sell me a bearing kit for my pressure washer even though they still show it available online. It crosses over to the whole pump and they want to sell that to you for 269.00 plus tax and Freight. Has a 7HP Subarau Motor that is still good. Custromer service shows they still have 4 bearing kits. How ever computer only gives the 269.00 price due to cross over of pump. So I can get the bearing kit or pump for 269... What a RIP OFF. I need about a $50.00 part and Ryobi has allowed this to happen. 

When I call Ryobi-CS they say their MASTER PARTS DISTIBUTOR controls the sell and price. When I call Their Parts Distributor they say that Ryobi sets the price. Its back and forth. Can't get either to see that this Bearing kit is not 269.00. The whole Pressure washer costs 399.00 plus. I asked if they would just get one off the shelf and send it for free since they can't sell it anymore and the CS agent said nice try.

I can't see buying another RYOBI PRODUCT in the FUTURE if you can't get PARTS after 3 YRS. RYOBI has to make sure its looking out for its LOYAL Customer base.

They make it impossible to get to a decision maker. I ask for Manager and get passed around until someonehangs up on me by accident of course and then its all over for a new 20  to 40 minute process if you have time. I have sat on hold for 47 minutes one day. HOW SAD. Its almost done by design to make you quit.     

 Will not Purchase RYOBI Products in the future if we are not able to get issue resolved.

 For all the hassel and hours I have on hold, they need to send me a new pressure washer. Now that would be CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
