 This company is the absolute WORST! I asked them specifically if they would have an order to me by 12/16 and told them I did not want to order if it wasn't here in time, even wanted to pay extra for expedited shipping. after being assured it would specifically be in AZ on 12/16, I spent my money. My tracking info just stayed at "en route to DHL sorting facility" since 12/13, which means they just created a tracking #, but it had not left their facility. I contacted them multiple times via their "livechat" since they don't answer their customer service # and was told it was back ordered but was being sent out 12/14, then 12/17, then 12/19 and yesterday, each time being reassured it would be here by xmas (except yesterday). the person I talked to yesterday even first admitted it hadn't been sent out yet. I asked for a refund since clearly, it would not be here by xmas. what did they say? "since it's been shipped, we cannot refund you until the product has been sent back." LET ME REMIND YOU:THEY SAID IT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED OUT LITERALLY MINUTES BEFORE THIS! So now I have to wait God know how long to get a package I now don't want, send it back and also wait for them to receive it and 3-7 business days for a refund. This company is so shady and will tell you anything to get your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

 Also, how would I have known that it would be delivered to me on 12/24 or any date further for that matter, when everytime I spoke to a representative, they told me it had shipped, then hadn't been shipped, then would be shipped?? Maybe if I had gotten one straight answer I would've had my product, not been through the loop with your company and been a happy customer. Instead, I was deceived multiple times.

 It does not matter that the package was delivered now. you deliberately mislead me to believe I would be receiving something on time so I would purchase an item. I don't care if it is the holidays, I was repeatedly assured that it would be here on time. Don't tell people what they want to hear if you are not willing to deliver. You the mislead me each time I talked to a representative saying that the package was going to ship on that or the next day. Then when all I wanted was a refund, you refused, saying that it had already shipped, even though your representative had just stated minutes earlier that it had not. Even the tracKing for this said it did not ship out until 2 hours after the conversation I had when I was trying to get a refund! And all your responses say, that you want to make sure I'mean taken care of? You obviously can look up my order, so issue me a refund if you want to take care of me! You know that's what I want but refuse to acknowledge it. I sent your product back and unlike you, I can guarantee it has been shipped back, has updated tracking and will be there by 1/6.

Sorry your order took a little longer than anticipated. We experienced some minor delays like most companies around the holiday season. I am showing it was delivered on 12/24, I understand you needed it by 12/16 and understand your frustation. We've sent you an email on 12/26 trying to speak with you and I've also left a voicemail for you today to make sure you're satisfied as a customer and to try and rectify this issue for you. Please call me back at the # I provided on the voicemail at your earliest convenience.
