SACOR Financial Inc Financial National Credit Acceptance Fraud Roseville California

This company is a FRAUD!!!!  I was serverd with a court ordered summons to appear beacuse i was being sued.

At first I thought it was a joke since the credit card they are talking about is about 8 year old. But then after reading the big packet I was handed to me I relized that it wasnt so much of a joke anymore

I was really upset that after me filing backrupcy these scam artist would do such a thing. My debt for that credit card was originally $3000.00. Sacor finacial is suing me for $15,000. Yup.. You read it correct.

As I always do..I went online to search if this compnay has any complaints or if it's even legit.

What I found was that National Credit Acceptance is doing business as Sacor Financial. It turned by stomach reading all the poor people who are trying to be scammed by the same company who were just shut down about one year prior when they were doing business as National Credit Acceptance.

Now I have hired an attorney to see if this is even legal of what they are doing. There is an attorney who has plan to do a class action lawsuit. I would do My homewhork and contact an attorney before you deal with this company. Good luck as i will stand my ground and fight to the very end.
