On September 29, 2006, I was introduced to Mark Saenz by one of my so called friends, Danny Olivarez. I was told by Danny that he had invested in Saenz Investments Program and that he had already received one interest payment and was due another payment in the coming days. Danny told me that his father and mother , his sister and bro-in-law were coming in this next quarter and that I should come in also.

After being formally introduced to Mark I was told by Mark the way the program worked. I was told my money would go into a High Interest Mortgage Note Program that would pay me a very high rate and that I would be paid quarterly. I had no reason to believe these guys were setting me up for a big rip-off. It was apparent to me and my wife that we may have been ripped-off when Mark failed to pay me my first interest payment the first part of January, 2007.

Since the beginning of this rollercoaster ride with Mark, there have been lawsuits filed, F.B.I.. Investigations, numerous other investigations and I have found out that Mark has ripped-off several other individuals. He stole my $100,000.00 and to this day I have yet to receive one penny from Mark Saenz or Saenz Investments.
I am sending this report to tell my story about Mark Saenz and his shady way of doing business and if you run into him do not believe a word that comes out of his mouth.
