The Air conditioner I bought from Safe National of America was working well. But after six months the exhaust broke, so I technically had to get my husband whos an electrician look through it. He said that some wirings were made up of substandard materials that could easily spark up. Im glad it broke otherwise we wouldnt have known the harm it could potentially cause if that flares up. My goodness, we could be homeless if God forbid that happens. I wrote a letter of complaint to the company insisting them to return my money, it had just been a few months. The thing Im fretting about is their electronics are totally unsafe.

My intent

AUTHOR: Ziggy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, January 07, 2011

Steve - There is simply no need to call ANY of the victims names, regardless of their computer/writing skills. You did call Jim and I "clowns" and told us we need to learn to read. I refuse to bicker about pettygarbage like that anymore. Let's get to the point, shall we? We are trying to bust these scammers and that's why we are here. It's us against the bad guys, not us against each other. No more name calling, insults, et cetera.

Employee - Yes, I got my refund. I am now on a mission to have you arrested and ensure that you repay all of your other victims. Do not expect me to give up on that mission.

Ziggy, my posts were legitimate, and now confused

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2011

Ziggy,

In another thread today to me, you wrote a long response and said we were on the same page, etc.

Now you tell me to "shut the F*ck up. I'm now confused.

If you look CLOSELY at all of the posts, I was NOT referring to you in any of them. I was referring to many of the original posters who posted very vague, and incomplete reports which have subsequently led to MOST of the confusion and bickering on the numerous Safe National of America threads.

Just look at almost all of the posts in question.

They almost all lacked a valid street address for this business, which we still do not have other than the UPS STORE PRIVATE MAILBOX ADDRESS.

They almost all lacked any connection to the exact website people ordered from.

Most lacked a phone#.

Then my favorite. Category and classification of the business. So many different categories were used, that not even an intelligent reader could assertain exactly what type of business was being reported.

See the problem here?

It's NOT with me.

The "mental midgets" I spoke of were a few posters thatwent on withsuch illiterate rambling they could barely be understood.

Sorry, but complete and accurate, properly categorized posts are essential here on ROR to get the desired results, and eliminate confusion, and bickering.

Go **** yourself, Steve.

AUTHOR: Ziggy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2011

Steve, you know what? There is no reason to go around insulting people. "Learn to read," "idiot," "mental midgets," telling people they are illiterate or read/write on a 6th grade level... you are EXTREMELY immature, so get the **** out of here and find something better to do. Let us grown-ups handle this one, okay? You're not ready for this.

More info for JIM, and Ziggy

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2011

First of all, BOTH of you clowns need to learn how to read.

First, for Ziggy, I never said anything directly to you about anything other than the "gmail" email address you posted. Learn how to read.

Secon, is to JIM. You jumped on ME for things that LARRY posted. Learn how to pay attention, and to read. Also, it appears that you are an illiterate 6th grader by the way you write. If you want to appear credible, learn how to spell, capitalize, etc. You are obviously an idiot. No excuse for illiteracy.

And, I lived in Las Vegas for 7 years and I can tell you that the address you posted as a "warehouse" address is nothing more than a private mailbox. No "warehouse" has a "suite" address. They are all individual numbers, no suite.

This is nothing more than a bogus scam company who drop ships items. Anyone who would put their bank account info into any website is a MORON. Oh yeah, YOU did that, not me. I rest my case.

Here is the drivel in question>>

in response to not finding ziggy's report, if you read the information at the top your search results on ripoff report it tells you that the search does not always show each and every report that fits your search paramiters. i know i used a few big words in there but try to keep up.

secondly, just as an update, the email address for the president of his company is no longer valid, when you send an email to that address, you get that maillerdeamon back.

third, for all those critics out there that say these are just phoney reports, if you would like i can black out the account numbers and address on the check they sent to my account to prove that this is not a hoax. you know what a hoax is right, steve.

finally, they are a "company" that sells products online and ships them from their warehouse in las vegas, nevada.

address for warehouse: 9680 W Tropicana Ave #106, LasVegas, NV, 89148

"customer service" phone number: 18005870332

if you actually research the information yourself instead of looking at some one elses work and then just assuming it is wrong you might of found this on your own(took me about two minutes).

1. go to website: bestsavingsource.com

2. click the link at the top of the page that says: contact

sorry steve, but i agree with ziggy. you shouldnt make assumptions about things you know nothing about. next time you want to criticize some one, maybe you should do your own research first, then you wont make a fool out of yourself.

Not a legitimate business

AUTHOR: Ziggy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 05, 2011

They are not a legitimate company. I emailed back and forth with Nicholas Potter, the "president" who is by the way extremely immature and unprofessional. Last week I told him that if I did not see the money back in my account by Friday, I would pursue further legal action. It was in my account by Friday. These people steal information online. I have no idea what the brick-and-mortar store reports are about... perhaps they decided to try a new scam. All I know is that if you go to bestsavingsource.com, you can see their website and find their contact information. I dug quite a bit to find out why they are charging odd amounts on personal accounts, but they are very evasive. My suspicion is that they buy the info from fake payday loan websites and use the information fraudulently, by charging amounts that perhaps people won't notice and during the holidays, when people are using their accounts more and maybe won't notice their charge. It's only a matter of time before they get busted or change their info or type of scam. That's a scam artist for ya!

Ziggy, I'm talking about more than a "gmail" address!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 04, 2011

Ziggy,

I'm talking about much more than a "gmail" email address!

NO legitimate business uses a gmail email address.

That is the first clue.

Acurate report

AUTHOR: Ziggy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 04, 2011

Steve, you OBVIOUSLY did not read my report, regarding how to contact the president of Safe National of America for people to get their money back. Don't go around posting rebuttals when you have not even read every report. My report was very clear and concise, and guess what? I'm not illiterate!!!!!!!

Safe National DID NOT manufacture that AC unit

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

I have to get to the bottom of some of these "Safe National of America" posts.

First, let me tell you that in this case your complaint should be directed to the manufacturer of the AC unit, as I'm quite sure Safe National is not the manufacturer.

Now, what is the brand name on the AC unit? Who actually manufactured it? What is the "date of manufacture", "country of manufacture", etc.?

Why would you not post a full business address, business telephone#, and webite in your post?

I have no idea who Safe National is, or what they actually do, even after the numerous reports here on ROR because every report is either incomplete, or incomprehensible due to illiteracy.

How about at least 1 complete and accurate report?

Please?

Quality Control

AUTHOR: Ploa - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, January 02, 2011

I Guess Managers in Safe National Of America are not so careful enough to examine products that did not pass quality control. They should have expert personnel to manage all their products before tragedy happens. Good for you that the exhaust broke and was inspected before it's to late.
