Safe National of America Delayed Delivery St. Petersburg, Florida

I ordered an Apple iPod nano 8GB 5th Generation Orange with Skullcandy Full M from Safe National America. I was quite looking forward to it but I got very busy that it was after three weeks already when I realized that it should have been delivered already. I called and called the company until finally my call was forwarded, I explained about the delivery and they said that they were sorry for the delay because of some reason. Well, their right away took another week, If I didnt harass them of my complaint it probably would be delivered longer. I dont know if they have a system or what, I need to take time to call them again and again, sometimes waiting for a long long long time for the call to be finally forwarded.
