Safe National of America Broken LCD St-Petersburg, Florida

Well, this is where I will really pour it all out. Just before New Year, I ordered a new computer from Safe National America. I believe that it was high time for me to replace the old one, but it turned out that I shouldve stick to it than order from this company. When the computer arrived, I was dismayed to find that the LCD monitor was cracked!!! I dont know where I should place the blame to this company or the delivery company. I already reported on the delivery part and they told me that the packaged was handled with greatest care which left me with this company, which I might add, is very elusive. I cant seem to get an info about this company, but when I do, the computer will surely get back to them.
