The latest in television technology is the new Google Internet TV. According to reviews it has the capability to connect to the internet while we are watching our latest NFL championship game. However in my case I could not access my internet with this new Google Internet TV. I called Safe National of America they told me that it must be my connection. I was certain that it was not since I checked with my laptop, I got an excellent internet connection.

I insisted that it was not my connection rather it was their product that was damaged. I told them that I want to have a replacement since it was barely a day since I purchased it. The management was not supposed to have it replaced until I told them that I will be pursuing legal assistance if they will be hard on me. Having heard that I will be suing them they finally agree to give me a replacement of their defective product.

New information

AUTHOR: Ramjet - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2011

Interestingly I was looking for a company called Safe National of America, isn't that the company you were whining about? No where in your posts do you mention www.bestsavingsource.com until now.

Well "Stevey", I DID research it! That "warehouse" is actually only a UPS STORE mailbox!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 06, 2011

Well "Stevey","Jim", and "Ziggy",

I DID RESEARCH THIS COMPANY.

9680 W. Tropicana Ave in Las Vegas is a UPS STORE PRIVATE MAILBOX address. Nothing more. No warehouse. You can get the listing right off the UPS website and on a generic 2 second web search.

And, the website www.bestsavingsource.com is a GODaddy domain which no legitimate business would ever use. Only spammers and scammers and wannabe's use GoDaddy domains as the registration info is kept private and require a subpoena to get the info, as well as a huge administrative fee to GoDaddy..

Therefore, "Safe National of America" IS A SCAM.

So, in recap, I DO KNOW WHAT I'm talking about.

Just wondering

AUTHOR: Ramjet - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 05, 2011

I didn't intend to insult you.

I could not find anything about the company, that's why I wondered about it.

Can you provide the URL? I think you have to spell out delimitters like dot and slash or this web site will block it. At least they used to.

I'm just wondering what they are all about, so I can avoid them :-).

NOT A JOKE.

AUTHOR: Ziggy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 05, 2011

This is NOT a joke, people. I filed my own report in late December because they took money out of my account without my authorization. I did a TON of research and included lots of details in my report. I have also filed responses to most of them and told them how to get their money back. People are NOT authorizing these charges and this company is obviously hoping to make money on people who don't notice the charges!

Obviously you have not read my report, so be more thorough before you go telling people that this is bogus.

From what I found

AUTHOR: Ramjet - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

All I could find is a credit card processing co. in St. Petersberg Fla.

The BBB has reported a bunch of complaints in the last couple weeks too, and none before. They are not registered with the BBB but they are trying to find out something about them.

I agree, it sure seems bogus to me.

OK, reporters, give us some better information if there is any, or is this some kind of stupid joke wasting peoples time.

Bogus Bogus Bogus

AUTHOR: Larry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

Macdon, White, and Baker are all aliases of the person who posted at least 68 complaints about this company in 3 days.

Why are there no reports about this company prior to this 3-day period? Can anyone out there tell us what business Safe National is in and where they are located? These bogus reports describe Safe National variously as a credit card processing company, a bricks-and-mortar retailer, a mail-order company, and a computer manufacturer, among others.

Try before you Buy

AUTHOR: White - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

I also had a bad experience with Safe National of America. This store boast that they are cheap but sometimes quality cannot be guaranteed. My suggestion would be you should have tried it before you bought the product so at least you will not experience the head ache of not able to watch your favorite show. My suggestion would be call customer service and ask for a replacement. Next time try before you buy

Try before you Buy

AUTHOR: Baker - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

If you want to buy good products then Safe National of America is a Bad Choice. I also had a bad experience with them but I don't have a choice but to accept the miss fortune of buying product from that store. Next Time, you should also test the product before buying it because sometimes sales agent are just to good to be true. In short, they really lived up to their profession as sales Agent. So before buying you must try before you buy. Good Luck

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Always make major purchases on a CREDIT CARD!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

This is exactly why you make all major purchases on a CREDIT CARD!

Then when there is a problem, you just dispute the charge!

You can also contact the manufacturer directly.
