Safe National of America DVD Player Stopped Working St. Petersburg, Florida

What could be more devastating than wasting your hard earned money on something completely useless? Safe National of  America made me pay for nothing, a Polaroid portable DVD player that is damaged. So it has been three weeks since I’ve made the purchase, tried it and it worked pretty good and then after three tries, it stopped working. So the next thing I’ve yet to do is to report, hoping that they would assist me with my problem. Well, they did give me options and the best so far was to have the product replaced with a refurbished. Well, I just can’t understand why they can’t replace me with something that’s not refurbished, I bought it new and it’s completely hard to accept that it doesn’t work. I am not privileged to get that amount whenever I want so please they should understand my frustration. Refurbished products often get shorter lifespan. So that’s why I’m not happy with that option at all. But what was I to do? Safe National America tricks people.
