I bought a Tablet at Safe National of America and it’s
really faulty. There seemed to be a problem with the optical drive. So when I
called Safe National of America about the problem, they’d said I’d have to wait
for at least four days.  The most
irritating thing would have to talk from one person from their office to
another until I get to debacle with the Case Manager. So they were amenable.
After a long nonsensical talk with about several people from their slow office,
they’re finally amenable.  They’re going
to replace it.  I thought I should be
relieved but when I got the replacement. Lo and behold, it was a cheaper
model.  I was really furious. I wasn’t
even notified or informed at least. They were so confident to tell me that all
things are settled and here’s what I get? It seems the gossips are true. Safe
National America is rotten. I’ve waited too much time and effort over this
purchase. I’m really frustrated right now. I need it pronto for work and here I
am dealing with a problem that’s not supposedly expected.  I should’ve have just bought from another
store, save me from the trouble of dealing with the worst customer service.
