Safe National of America Package is Incomplete St. Petersburg, Florida

I received a package from my sister for my birthday and it contained Fuji Labs MM3270 2.4-inch 4GB MP3/ 4 Player Bundle. I called her to say thank you but told her how funny it is to have an MP3 without earphones though. She told me that it was supposed to be a bundle, that when I found out that it was. She sent me the catalog of it (now I know how much it cost), and I saw there was supposed to be earphones included that has different choices of earplus plus digital accessory supports. She ordered it from safe national America. Good thing that I have havent touched the MP3 yet, so we decided to return and get our money back and buy somewhere else. We didnt bother asking or their explanation for I have read a lot of reports about it, so we think its best we return the product.
