My purchase at this store was a Compaq Presario. It had only been a month and I couldn’t play any video. I sent letter of complaints to the store and I received a note telling me not to worry because they shall replace it without further ado. I was kind of overwhelmed by how fast they attend to their customers but I should have realized I was just deceived. Three days later I got the replacement. It was the same model, but then to my disappointment, Safe National of America has tricked me to believe so. It was the same model from the outside but you would know, the bios splash screen displays an HP logo. Are they kidding me? I’m not a computer savvy but I do understand how things work. I’ve never been this disappointed over a purchase. It’s new; you wouldn’t expect things to work like that. How could they be so scheming? They could’ve asked me if it was okay but deluding me into believing that nothing’s wrong is a one big lie. Every time I use my Laptop, I just get annoyed at the fact. It’s really pissing me off every time.

Hey Jim, I caught that! Also..

Yeah Jim, I caught that on a few occasions. Also, I just love the words "customer service". To have "customer service", don't you need "customers"? And to have customers, don't you need to actually have a "business"?
The level of stupidity here is amazing.

I just bad mouth Nicky, and his own "employee" didn't even bother defending him. How sad is that?
I wonder why this idiot takes the time to post all these fake reports but never tries to defend them when someone says they are bogus.

What exactly is your complaint?
You bought a Compaq computer and the bios screen shows the HP logo. That could have something to do with the fact that HP owns Compaq.
If you're not going to research the products you buy before making a purchase, don't complain when you find out that the manufacturer is owned by a different company.
Safe National does not exist as a real store. It is a front for an online scam run by Nicholas Potter. He uses phoney payday loan sites to get peoples account information, then sends unauthorized checks.
I believe he is nothing more than some 30 year-old virgin sitting in his mommy's basement running some half-a**ed scam that barely got off the ground before getting exposed for the fraud that he is.
HEY EMPLOYEE, I DARE YOU TO PROVE ME WRONG!!!
