Safe National of America Selling Refurbished Items St. Petersburg, Florida

I bought a Gateway DX4200-09 on 8/15/10 in Safe National of America. It was"NEW". I was told it had a dual core processor, showed it to me on the screen. But when I got it home what he showed me was not there. It is a refurbished pc. I can't believe that people like this can get out and sell junk. Now I am out my money and I still don't have a computer. It works but it is soooo slow. I was buying this pc to replace the one I have at home that is outdated. Guess what it is still faster than the new one. I can't believe it! And when you turn it on it makes a noise. You would think that with this being a "NEW" pc that it would run as quite as a mouse. HA! Is there anything that can be done with these people! As hard as times are right now, people need their money, that is why they go to these sales to try and get a decent product at a decent price. But people like this don't care. They just take our hard earned money and laugh all the way to the bank. I know one thing for sure I have learned my lesson. Never again will I purchase anything at a sale like this!
