Safe National of America Useless Product St. Petersburg, Florida

Last week a bought an Internet Router from this store and unfortunately the warranty covers only for 1 week replacement. I was then confident that considering its a router then it might last long for a long time. Yesterday, I cannot connect to the internet so I called my internet Provider that the service is not working since I just had a new router and this should not be the cause of the problem. I was confident that the internet was the problem and then later I realize that the internet light on my router was not functioning so basically it was the problem of my router not the internet provider. I may call customer service but its no use. So I bought a new router and forget the crap that I bought in Safe National of America.
