Safe Streets USA Robert Roach Approached and intimidated my wife while Home alone Tampa Florida

In response to Mr. Roach's rebuttal on this matter.  His statment is completely and utterly false.  My wife was originally home by herself getting out of her vehicle when Mr. Roach approached her back in December 2018. 

I came home shortly after when she was speaking to Mr. Roach.  We both informed him we were not interested at thist time, but if he provides us with some information we would review and get back to the company when we were ready.  He continued to attempt to sell us the system.  He then requested information from my wife as far as her name and date of birth. 

She asked why he needed this and he indicated for informational purposes only and provided us with a breakdown sheet of costs for the system, which we have a copy of.  After reviewing this copy, it appears he signed the bottom but we never signed anything knor did we give him or Safe street any authorization to run her credit or my credit. 

Again, the statment that Mr. Roach made was completly false and we NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYTHING.  Additionally, after 5 months we have continued to request this company to REMOVE the HARD INQUIRY off my wifes report even after she spoke to the supervisor on several occasions and they have yet to remove this.

 I have never and would never employ the use of scare tactics. I wouldn't talk about home invasions. This customer is mad that his wife wanted the services and he did not. But instead of leave it at that hes decided to slander my name online. I have over a hundred happy customers In Spring hill and one imaginary problem from This guy. The reason among many others I am successful in my line of work is that I have more respect for the process than to stoop to making up crime to earn business. There are many tools online for viewing crime. People know what's going on in their neighborhoods. And we do not prey on new homeowners.. we help new home owners protect their massive investments their families, and the things they care about from harm. I truly hope that noone EVER has any kind of emergency but our systems are there in case. We live in an imperfect world , where criminals exploit conveniences like gates allowing multiple cars to enter at once before closing . I do have lots of educated customers who understand that a gate keeps the good people honest but doesnt completely deter crime.

I have worked for the company for 8 years and this is my first complaint. I am offended that someone would waste their time and mine to slander me. If they dont care enough about their family to protect their home and family I wont pretend to comprehend placing that little of value on their loved ones. But this is america and everyone is entitled to their opinion. The protection of my home and family is priceless to me. But hey who am I to judge? And to anyone who reads this.
