SafeCart On 9/6/12 I had a payment of $39.94 posted to my checking account through paypal. This was a charge I knew nothing about & didn't authorize. When I looked it up on paypal it was listed as a recurring Internet

On 9/6/12 a charge of $39.94 was posted to my checking account through paypal-this was a charge that I didn't make or authorize. When I looked it up on paypal, it was classified as a recurring charge to SafeCart which I have never heard of.
When I did a search for SafeCart, this page was listed. When I started reading it, I realized that this is what happened to me.
