Safeco was my insurance company when I was in a bad accident back in July 2014. I was T-boned. Between my daugther and I we have over $25,000 in medical bills. I was assigned and adjuster and jump thru all the hoops they required. I provided documentation and bills multiple times to handle the bills.

Not only have they not paid any of the bills but I now have been sent to collections for these bills. I'm still going thru physical therapy and trying to heal from this accident and my own insurance company is kicking me while I am done. Why do I pay them $150 a month? For a piece of paper to keep in my vehicle? I pay my bills they need to pay their bills.

I have done nothing wrong. I was a victim of an accident and now I'm a victim of negligence and fraud from my insurance company as well. This is a warning to everyone who considers using Safeco for insurance, you have been warned!

If you were T-boned as you have suggested, then WHO was at fault for the accident? If the other driver was at fault then you MUST go through their insurance. If you are not made whole through what the insurance company pays you, then you MUST go after the driver personally in a civil action. YOUR insurance should NEVER be touched IF you are not at fault. This is probably WHY YOUR insurance company is not paying out. THEY expect YOU to follow the CORRECT way to be paid for this accident. YOU are unfairly blasting YOUR insurance company because YOU are misinformed as to whom the correct party is to go after. Perhaps instead of showing your rump online you can CALL your insurance company and TALK to them. Don't make demands, don't whine, just ask questions WITHOUT being so nasty. You get a lot farther with people when YOU don't blame THEM for something outside of their control. The agent or CS rep can ONLY do so much.
