Safeway Insurance ripoff Alpharetta Georgia

RIP OFF - Safeway Insurance.

This is a follow up or update. I have been in the Insurance Industry for over 18 years, as a Claims Adjuster & and Agent. I was involved in an Accident with an Insured person with Safeway Insurance on 4-29-2004. My last report was in 2004. It will soon be 2 years since our accident, I have yet "STILL TO DATE" had any contact whatsoever with a Liability Adjuster for this company regarding Settlement of Our Injury Claim. Needless to say it was very easy to get a Well Known and Well Repected Law Firm that is "PRIMARILY" an Insurance Defense Firm to take our case.

Normally Corporate & Insurance Defense Law Firms can not represent Individual Plaintiffs against Insurance Companies due to "Conflict of Interest", but There was no Conflict because no Insurance Defense Firm (of any reputable status) works for this Carrier.

My Lawsuit will be be on thier desks within 3 months. The Sad part is this person that caused the accident and our injuries (Insured with Safeway) admitted negligence, and felt that he was doing everything that he needed to do to be "covered" in case of an accident.

BUT NOT IF YOU ARE A P)OLICYHOLDER WITH SAFEWAY INSURANCE !!!! If you are involved in an accident with a person carrying this Insurance Company. GET AN ATTORNEY INFORM THE POLICYHOLDER THAT THEY CAN EXPECT A LAWSUIT !!!! BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY RECOURSE !!!
